Our Community Building is located at 110 Windwalker Drive -  at the corner of Windwalker Drive and King Street.  

The rental period is for the entire day and the rates are as follows:   New Rates effective 1/4/2022

• Town of Cohutta Residents - $100 plus $50 reservation/refundable cleaning deposit Eligible for garbage pick-up within the Town and vote in Town elections

• Cohutta School District Residents - $175 plus $50 reservation/refundable cleaning deposit Outside of the Town limits but the residence is zoned for                                                                                                                                                                   Cohutta Elementary 

• Non Residents - $300 plus $50 reservation/refundable cleaning deposit Outside of the Town limits, residence is not zoned for Cohutta Elementary;                                                                                                                                     having a  Cohutta mailing address does not qualify                                                                                                                                                                                   

There is seating for approximately 75-80 people with 9 six-foot tables, 4 eight-foot tables plus 3 four-foot round tables. 

Double oven, electric range top, commercial refrigerator and freezer, and dishwasher are also available. Internet access is also available. 

Check the calendar for availability and then give us a call at 706-694-3330 Monday- Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to reserve your day. We'll usually in the office but occasionally we have to make a run to the store for supplies or make a bank deposit.
