The next Cohutta Zoning Board hearing is scheduled for Wednesday August 3, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Center, located at 110 Windwalker Drive, Cohutta GA, 30710. Please remit your opposition letters and/or letters in favor of the zoning matters below to the Cohutta Town Hall, Attn: Zoning Board, no later than Monday August 1, 2022 at 5:00pm. A sample opposition letter may be located on the website www.cohuttaga.com under the code enforcement/zoning tab. We encourage you to be in attendance at the zoning hearings, especially if you have opposition to matter listed below, so it can be noted by the zoning board.

Pursuant to application of the Joel Shane and Kathryn Kornberg, the Cohutta Zoning and Appeals Board will conduct a hearing on August 3, 2022 at 6:00 at 110 Windwalker in Cohutta receiving evidence from parties concerning the residential zone change request of Shane and Kathryn Kornberg for their property at Tax Parcels 11-062-02-006 , 11-062-02-007, 11-062-02-004, and 11-062-02-058 on Wolfe Street.
Interested parties may attend the hearing or submit written comment to the Town of Cohutta Zoning Board at 5102 Red Clay Road in Cohutta.
