The next Cohutta Zoning Board hearing is scheduled for Tuesday September 27, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Center, located at 110 Windwalker Drive, Cohutta GA, 30710. Please remit your opposition letters and/or letters in favor of the zoning matters below to the Cohutta Town Hall, Attn: Zoning Board, no later than Monday September 26, 2022 at 5:00pm.    Pursuant to application of the Joel Shane Kornberg and Kathryn Kornberg, the Cohutta Zoning and Appeals Board will conduct a hearing on September 27, 2022 at 6:00 pm at 110 Windwalker in Cohutta receiving evidence from parties concerning the variance application to use an RV while building their homefor their property at Tax Parcels 11-062-02-006 , 11-062-02-007, 11-062-02-004, and 11-062-02-058 on Wolfe Street.

   Pursuant to application of William Brodie Titus, the Cohutta Zoning and Appeals Board will conduct a hearing on September 27, 2022 at 6:00 pm at
   110 Windwalker in Cohutta receiving evidence from parties concerning the variance application to place a manufactured building on one or all of his tracts on Sunset Ridge in Cohutta off Bryant Road.Interested parties may attend the hearing or submit written comment to the Clerk at 5102 Red Clay Road in Cohutta.
    
3. NOTICE OF COHUTTA ZONING HEARING
    
   Pursuant to application for annexation received by Cohutta from Tommy Morrison at 297 Wheeler Dam Road, County Tax Parcel 11-134-06-002, the Cohutta Zoning and Appeals Board will conduct a hearing on September 27, 2022 at 6:00 pm at 110 Windwalker in Cohutta receiving evidence from parties concerning the zone to place on annexed residential property on Wheeler Dam. Interested parties may attend the hearing or submit written comment to the Clerk at 5102 Red Clay Road in Cohutta.
